Shop Katie McCoach is an online business that offers editing services and worksheets for authors.  Shop Katie McCoach and Licensee agree that Shop Katie McCoach will provide its services to Licensee in accordance with this Agreement upon the date this Agreement becomes effective.

SERVICES

Editing services: Editing and coaching services are offered with Katie McCoach. These services are nonrefundable.

Coloring books: All sales of coloring books are final. These are protected under copyright law and may not be reproduced or distributed to other users.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Once the Licensee purchases products through Shop Katie McCoach, Licensee will be entitled to download worksheets or register for services for which Licensee has paid. By making the services and worksheets available for from its website, Shop Katie McCoach satisfies its responsibility to deliver its products to Licensee. By purchasing services, Licensee accepts full delivery of the products by Shop Katie McCoach.

EFFECTIVE

This Agreement will become effective when Licensee completes checkout in this shop. At that time, Licensee will be obligated to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions of this Agreement.
